My story dates back to June 2006. I was young, full of enthusiasm and eager to “show” the world. I wanted to get rich real quick and my friends advised me to take the plunge into Forex Trading with them. So we pulled in $2000 each and started trading on the Forex market. I had lots of free time available so, I began with analyzing my Forex trades, where I went wrong, what I could have done to avert the losses, which currency pairs did better at the time when my money was going down the drain and many tedious analytical tasks.
Now, let me tell you, I didn’t have any robot to help me out, I set out writing all my findings on a huge white paper sheet. I remember writing, scribbling, cancelling out certain theories and then adding some more... That’s when I seriously started penning all my strategies on a paper and thought of making a robot that would be a replica of my successful trading patterns. These strategies are ok if you want to take a gamble wherein the results are pretty much 50/50 based on luck. But, in Forex Trading, everything is real and live and you are confronted with real Forex traders, who will do all in their power to come out on top.
When I told him that I wanted to have software that used multiple strategies, used a combination of several strategies and that could actually analyze market trends before placing trades completely on autopilot, he simply said, yes, it could be done and that was the beginning of our relationship.
